And just like that, we are back on the road. If you’re just tuning in, catch up on the first half of this story HERE.

And if that’s not enough to catch up, read about Jerkface and her summer plans HERE.   And HERE.  Or better yet, hit FIRST in the menu and read the whole thing from the beginning. It’s all gold, I tell you. GOLD.

Get your hands on DRY SKIN – an alterna-verse Jerkface Story, exclusively available in PACK MENTALITY, a small press risograph printed anthology that – I must say- is DREAMY. It’s available at Gosh! Comics in London England, and the Beguiling in Toronto. If you are jonesing hard for one and don’t live in Toronto or London, send me an email at and we can chat about sending one in the mail. Or ask for it at your local comic store and tell them to email me! Trust me, this is incredibly worth it, gorgeous, varied, and packed full of emerging comic & illustration superstars.

Here’s what I noticed:  Because I didn’t number the Fashion pages, the 200th comic just breezed by! But not without some acknowledgment… Literary icon (and one of the world’s finest writers) Margaret Atwood responded to my tweet after reading the Book Report story (about A Handmaid’s Tale) and then making a sweet joke about Aunt Lydia!

So, without official fanfare, the 200th page of Jerkface was honoured more than I could have ever imagined. Thank you to Our Lady Atwood, to everyone who has been reading this from the beginning, and to every new reader! To the Patrons who support Jerkface financially (you can too!), the people who share this comic with their networks, and to the people who just enjoy it alone: Thank you thank you!

I was interviewed by the Geekhard podcast about the Secret Loves of Geek Girls! Check it out!

The Secret Loves of Geek Girls is totally funded! Like 300% funded. If you didn’t pre-buy your copy through Kickstarter, stay tuned around December to find out where you can buy one.

This anthology of comics and writing, edited by Hope Nicholson, features work from Margaret Atwood, Kate Leth, Danielle Corsetto, Soha Kareem, ME, and also did you notice MARGARET ATWOOD. Like the same Margaret Atwood who wrote The Handmaid’s Tale, that featured heavily in THIS Jerkface Story?  YES, THAT ONE.  Get your copy and support not only these excellent artists, but content that isn’t about geek DUDES. As you may have noticed, that exists already.  Geeky women abound. If you’re on twitter follow @HopeLNicholson  and me, on my more general twitter handle @GillianGDotCom. (My @JerkfaceComics handle is for JFA updates and news, so OBVIOUSLY follow both).
